Polisi meringkus remaja asal Jombang, Jawa Timur, bernama Wildan Alfarizi (17). Penyebabnya, remaja itu pakai uang mainan untuk transaksi top up saldo dompet digital.
Dilansir detikJatim, Rabu (17/6/2026), aksi Wildan terbongkar setelah Unit Reskrim Polsek Manyar mendapat laporan dari Muzayyanah. Melalui call center 110, pemilik toko itu melaporkan pelaku lantaran menaruh curiga karena gerak-geriknya yang aneh.
“Pelaku ini melalukan top up saldo uang digital senilai Rp 400 ribu. Namun korban curiga dengan bentuk uang yang janggal. Karena curiga, korban lapor ke 110,” kata Kapolsek Manyar Iptu Muhammad Gifari Syarifuddin, Selasa (16/6).
Mendapat laporan itu, anggota Polsek Manyar langsung mendatangi lokasi untuk melakukan pemeriksaan. Dari hasil pengecekan, polisi menemukan bahwa lembaran uang yang digunakan pelaku untuk membayar top up ternyata merupakan uang mainan.
“Saat kita interogasi, lembaran uang mainan itu ia dapatkan dari aplikasi jual beli online yang menjual uang mainan,” ucapnya.
Saat pendalaman, polisi juga menemukan total 46 lembar uang palsu di tempat kost pelaku. Masing-masing 23 pecahan Rp 100 ribu, dan 23 pecahan Rp 50 ribu.
