Barnes And Noble Lilly Pulitzer Planner

Barnes And Noble Lilly Pulitzer Planner – One of my goals for Ciao Bella this year is to increase the number of discussions based on my posts. They enjoy reading and, as I quickly learned, they enjoy writing! With everyone thinking about goal setting this month, I think organization would be the perfect topic to kick off my Do Tell feature. From housework to blogging, being organized is the key to everything for me. But be careful: you’ll see me fill more calendars than the average person! 🙂

Lilly Pulitzer Planner: This is only my first school year with the Lilly Pulitzer Planner, but I can tell you that I will be using it again and again! I use my planner mostly for schoolwork and life events, jotting everything down with my beloved Papermate Flair. I always have my agenda handy, so if there’s last-minute homework due or a student council meeting scheduled, I can quickly jot it down on the weekly or monthly calendar. Like all my preparation methods, it is color coded!

PB Teen Dry-Erase Calendar: Stayed on my bed. My PB Teen calendar is more practical than anything else. A little planning is required with this calendar, but it’s a great tool for a month-long look. While this month’s calendar doesn’t have handwriting, I missed it last month if I understood it 🙂

The Write Stuff: A Roundup Of The Cutest Journals/notebooks/planners

Google Calendar: Google Calendar has become an asset to me over the past year. My visual ideas, such as color-coded options, are a great resource to refer to while I schedule posts for the week. While I mark everything from TV shows to reruns, I find Google Calendar the most useful since I’ve been planning the blog for months. I don’t plan everything, but setting goals motivates me to keep going.

Printable Calendars: It has become my annual habit to pick out a free printable calendar during winter break to use all year long! Here is an actual copy of my Google Calendar that I keep in my room for easy reference.

Programs: My program does not extend beyond social networks, but there are two institutions that I could not do without. Sure, Google Calendar is useful, but when I need my schedule on my phone or iPad, I prefer the Sunrise calendar app. Its minimal design and user-friendly interface suits me best! Another app I use the most is Wunderlist, my favorite list. When I’m writing a book, I keep a list of novels I want to rate!

To-Do List: My love of organization doesn’t stop at the calendar—I’m a big to-do list fan, too! My daily to-do list was on a free to-do list that was printed a few years ago. I just stick it in a plastic wrap and write on it every day with a dry marker. This weekend I used my colorful pen on a piece of computer paper to list everything I wanted to do. I find it helpful to have all my work in one place!

Let’s discuss! How do you prepare? Do we have a similar approach? Or are you on the other side of the spectrum, as far away from to-do lists and calendars as possible?

I no longer write on Ciao Bella. Enjoy browsing the archives and if you want us to contact you, don’t hesitate to write an email. xxI In fact, probably one in ten people on the planet still use paper planning software. I can’t help it! I need it to work. I get so many notifications on my phone that I’m used to just pulling them out, so using Google Calendar and reminders doesn’t work for me. Also, writing things down helps keep my work in mind and I’ll never forget it. In fact, I’ve needed a planner since I was little. When I started third grade at Geneva Boerne School, the first thing I saw when I got to my desk was a beautiful new blue planner. We write down all the tasks in it and every year we get a new task. This is probably one of my favorite parts of starting a new school year. Each month I will reopen my planner, smell the delicious book, and write my name on the front. To this day, I do everything when I get a new planner!

I wasn’t always the neatest kid. I had ADD before people actually believed ADD was a thing, so I really struggled to crack a C average almost every year. My poor parents and teachers tried in every way to help me, but it was very hopeless at that time. I wasn’t diagnosed with ADD until adulthood and DANG changed his life. I finally have an explanation for what I went through during the school year! I took medication and learned to use the tools available to help me stay on track, including finding a planner I could actually stick to. The one that keeps everything in one place.

Believe it or not, there is a huge community of obsessive planners like myself. Just type “Planner” into the Facebook search bar and you will see many groups and pages focused on the search for “Peace Planner”. Your head might be spinning right now, but there are many types of diaries to choose from. They all have different features, and it’s important to know what you want from a planner because you’ll be looking at it all day every day, so you want to make sure it works for you before you start.

Example: Do you want a monthly plan, daily or weekly or hourly? Horizontal or vertical? What about the date or not yet? What size do you want? 12 months or 17 months? What quality of paper do you need? Do you want something bright and colorful or simply with lots of white space? Need an inside pocket? Extra notebook pages? do you see I told you! It was an important decision.

From 2014 to 2015 I used Happy Planner, then from 2016 to 2017 I switched to Erin Condren. After that I went back to the Lilly Pulitzer Planner like last year and I really liked it, but when I went to look at this year’s Planner I found something I hadn’t seen before. This is the Barnes and Noble – Kate Spade 17 Month Mega Planner.

Isn’t she beautiful? I love the gold thread and book details on the cover!

Each month begins with an inspirational quote and a place to write a monthly to-do list, save the dates and special birthdays/events. The pages are light colored. Then you get a monthly view with a nice long column of notes.

And that’s the weekly look! It’s clean and tidy with plenty of writing space and room for stickers and washi tape. There are two pages of notes at the end of the month. I love that they added that! It’s a great place to easily access quick notes and to-do lists.

While I usually go for something brighter and more colorful, I’m really looking forward to using this year-round clean painting plan. Now I have a lot more to do with social media, Glitterati, motherhood and home building, so I need more space to write. I think I really found peace planners this year! We’ll see how I feel after actually using it for a few weeks.

So what do you think? Am I a fool? Are you a planner? If so, I’m curious to know which plan you will choose for next year. Tell me in the comments!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… Before I got pregnant, I never thought I’d be a diaper. I have friends who go up and down saying it’s not hard, but I don’t think I really believe them.

It wasn’t long before I was showing Gil how to use the diaper ghost my friend left us with the diaper idea. When I showed you how the diapers are collected in the diaper ghost and how to tie it, Gil said something to the effect of “and then you just have a dirty diaper sausage in a plastic bag that you throw away?! When you think about how bad it is. We started watching some videos on YouTube about parents who wear diapers and why they do it. When we found out that over 26 billion diapers are thrown away every year! And it takes 500 years for diapers to rot. It’s crazy for them. Everyone. There are others reasons why people recommend diapers.

1. Better for the environment. As I mentioned above on the 26th
