His background includes acquisitions, financing and asset management within investment banking, private equity and operating company environments. He has worked with developers, investors and contractors for private and public sector clients within the United States and Canada. He also has experience in purchasing and managing infrastructure development and real estate projects.

Lisa has spent most of her career in financial services. While CFO, he was on the loan committee that considered higher-risk commercial mortgages. As Chief Audit Executive, he evaluates real estate portfolios to ensure that they are properly documented and that risk is properly assessed. And as a corporate trainer for almost 20 years, he shares his knowledge and experience with new hires and board directors.

Tim is currently the CEO of CFI. Since 2005, he has been an active participant in the capital markets in a wide range of industries and transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital raisings in excess of $3 billion.

Kyle’s background is in Commercial Banking, having analyzed and structured various types of real estate loans in his career. These range from owner-occupied facilities to income-producing commercial mortgage transactions – including special-use properties – and project-based construction lending.
